3 Days Masai Mara National Reserve, Karen Blixen Camp from Kenya Coast
Tour Code: TAS 74

At a glance

Karen Blixen Camp is located in Mara North Conservancy (MNC), a beautiful private wilderness area covering more than 25,000 hectares (~61,000 acres). It is a vital part of the Maasai Mara ecosystem, forming the northwestern zone and bordering the Maasai Mara National Reserve.

The aim is to establish a best-practice, world-class conservancy with long-term commitments to the environment, wildlife, and local communities. MNC strongly supports low bed density tourism and aspires to an ideal minimum ratio of 142 hectares per bed (350 acres per bed) to guarantee an exclusive safari experience while minimizing environmental impact.
