TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RESERVATION, MODE OF PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL OUR TOP AFRICA SAFARIS SERVICES

You will be invoiced upon making a reservation confirmation which may be done by either sending a confirmation reservation voucher or by sending confirmation reservation email and then payment becomes due.

We have two seasons who’s mode of payment is different as below;

1.

High season

For a booking during high season which is from July to April we ask for a 100% payment, which must be received within 7 working days after reception of the reservation confirmation email or invoice.

Your tour services will be confirmed ONLY on reception of a deposit of a minimum of 100% per person of the total tour costs.

2.

Low season

For a booking during low season which is from May to June we ask for 50% payment, which must be received within 7 working days after reception of the reservation confirmation email or invoice.

Your tour will be confirmed ONLY on reception of a deposit of a minimum of 50% per person of the total tour costs.

The balance not later than the 1200 hours (noon) of 60 days before the tour begins. If your reservation is made within 60 days of departure, the entire cost of the service must be paid at the time of confirmation.

Summary on mode of payment is;

  • Any booking of high season we ask for 100% payment
  • Any booking for low season we ask for 50% payment unless reservation is made within 60 days of departure, where the entire cost (100%) of service must be paid at the time of confirmation.

The transfer bank details shall be given out promptly after making the reservation and payment becoming due. ALL ABROAD BANK CHARGES INCURRED IN SENDING THE PAYMENT TO TOP AFRICA SAFARIS LTD ACCOUNT IS ENTIRELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENTS.  Notwithstanding any prior confirmation arrangements, the right is reserved not to execute tours if payment has not been received in accordance with the foregoing.

CANCELLATION POLICY SUMMARY;

  • Guests will receive their full refundable deposit as below;
  • A 50% refund of their paid rental costs if they cancel at least eight weeks BEFORE the start of their reservation; or
  • A 0% refund of their paid rental costs if they cancel at least eight weeks AFTER the start of their reservation.
  • Guests are also strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance cover for any third party services included in their holiday.

CANCELLATION DUE TO INSECURITY OR ANY OTHER UNPREDICTABLE CALAMITIES

  • In the event whereby the clients want to change or cancel the holiday as a result of insecurity, the above cancellation policy shall apply. However, they could change the holiday to a different destination within Top Africa Safaris operational reach whereby an equitable fee would be charged to cater up for rerouting costs, whichever is suitable.
  • Guests are also strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance cover for any third party services included in their holiday.
