Jua Villa is a 4 bedroom house with a 2 bedroom cottage and swimming pool, set in a large walled garden just North of Watamu Village.  It is available to rent over this Christmas and New Year.

The main house has 3 doubles and 1 twin, each with ensuite bathrooms.  Inside there is a spacious comfortable sitting room with a TV with DVD player (discs not included) and dining table and a further large living area is incorporated with a bar area under the cooling makuti roof with views out across the pool.

The cottage has one double and one twin with shared bathroom and small living area. It also has a TV with DVD player (discs not included) and it shares the pool with the main house.

The house and cottage are staffed with a house keeper, gardener & askari.  The property is protected by G4S and there is generator backup in the case of a power cut.

There are two dogs on the plot for security so additional dogs are not permitted.

Over Christmas and New Year Jua House and Jua Cottage are available for a 7 night minimum

Jua Villa @ Ksh 39,000/- per night – maximum of 8 guests (including children)

Jua Cottage @ Ksh 16,000/- per night – maximum of  4 guests (including children)

Jua Villa & Cottage @ Ksh 52,000/- per night – maximum 12 guests (including children)
